Apps that helped me


Hello guys,

In the summer I decided to stay organizated in school and calm down and stop worring what's not gonna to happen. So now I have 2 apps that really help me with school, don't forget things and if I need talk to someone.

1. Pacifica 
Description: We know first-hand how difficult and personal anxiety can be. We’ve been there ourselves. At best, it’s annoying and unpleasant. At worst, it’s debilitating and isolating. We also understand how challenging it can be to get proper care. It’s expensive, time consuming, stigmatized and for many, just not available.
That’s where Pacifica comes in. Founded in 2014, we’re a devoted team in San Francisco building a self-help app for anxiety. Based on cognitive behavioral therapy combined with relaxation and wellness techniques, we believe in holistic daily tools aimed at breaking the anxiety cycle. We’re not about quick-fixes or false promises. We are about real progress, a day at a time.
Simply put, it’s our mission to help those with anxiety by giving them the most effective and empowering tools available. We hope you’ll join us; we’re just getting started.

I'm really happy that we have apps like that and I really love this one. When you want to talk to someone or just say how you feel you can share it anonymously. It really helps when you're stressed or you feel anxiety. There you can find others people thoughts of how to stay calm and how they get trough this too. 

Just check it out I think you like it too as well if you have some problams.

2. My Study Life
Description: It's time to say goodbye to your paper planner. My Study Life is everything your paper planner is and more. Rotation schedules, assignments, revision, exams? My Study Life has it covered on all of your devices. 

It helps me with school expecially that I'm in new school and don't know were I need to go plus looking at your paper where lesson should be not really my think. I did really long research on program something like this and I think it's amazing. Plus he reminds you of texts coming up and things like that.
